Stone Creek Coffee's “My Brew” Series gives long-tenured employees the opportunity to create and launch a coffee of their own. For the seventh edition, Michael, Stone Creek's Inventory Manager, wanted to celebrate his dog Mabel's speedy personality with a Rubber Hose–inspired illustration.

I loved the concept and decided to take it a step further by creating a full 16-frame animation. Each frame became its own coffee label, so every bag on the shelf featured a randomly selected frame from the animation, turning each package into a unique piece of the sequence while celebrating Mabel's energetic spirit.
